General Purpose
Performs basic technical activities to service the customer directly or through customer interface, under supervision and following defined procedures.
Main Responsibility Area
Executes basic technical tasks according to defined procedures. Actively develops competences.
Position Description
- A good know how of the Telecom domain and posses expert knowledge on state of the art next generation VoLTE based E2E network architecture , TAS product, IMS and SIP protocol.
- IMS or VoLTE Technical expert support for customer’s during network implementation, integration and care phases.
- The focus is on products in the IMS/VoLTE network, including CFX-5000, CMS-8200, NVS, iNUM, OpenBWG, OpenMGW, MRF, HSS and OpenTAS.
- Manage technical escalations, discussion with TS and PL at delivery and care phases.
- Providing Feature Trainings to other engineers.
- Multivendor experience preferable.
Position Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Core domain performing Integration, Care, Development or Verification activities.
- Expert knowledge of IMS System elements (CSCFs, PCRF, ENUM) and VoLTE networks.
- SIP & Diameter protocols.
- Familiarity with Virtualization and Cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of IP and routing.
- Has basic Unix/Linux knowledge; knows basic IP configuration and troubleshooting.
- Proactive thinking and Stress tolerance.
