Am I Eligible to get a job at Google like company?

Both fresher and experienced people have opportunity in Google. All the thing you needed is you should stick with what you are doing. Google really need those guys who are really passionate on what they are doing. Like any other reputed corporate Google also receives thousands of resumes per day. Among this if you have to get selected, make sure to stand out from the crowd. Here are some key points.
1)You should have a very strong educational background.
     It doesn’t mean you should be from one of the most reputed school. But you should be expertise on the specific area where you are applying for a job.
2)You should be passionate on what you apply.
     This is very very important. Google’s hiring process last for months. They check the passion of yours rather than any other thing. You can’t spend more time at work if you are not passionate on what you do.
3)You must be aware on Google products.

4)You must have better recommendation to work.
     Google really gives high values for those who have high job recommendation. Usually almost everyone put their own professor’s name and contact number for recommending them. Nothing bad in it. But this not makes interviewers impressed on you. Here are some tips to get recommended.

6)Instead of just being in a team, lead a team
Not only Google every company prefer leaders. So that you are able to say that ‘you are the man’ instead ‘you are one of the team mates’.
7)Participate in open source projects
Nothing else will give you this much credibility. Participating in great projects, especially open source projects give you really really BIG recommendation. Open Source developers has more passion on what they do rather than for conventional project participants.
You can’t spend more time at work if you are not passionate on what you do. So rather than any other thing, Google checks for your passion. Did you hear about Google Summer of Code?
